International Center of Islamic Economy collaborates in organizing 4th Edition of International Conference of Enterpreneuial Finance – Venture Capital

With the collaboration of International Center of Islamic Economy and other Financial Institution, the 4th Edition of International Conference of Enterpreneuial Finance – Venture Capital was held in Agadir City on 1st and 2nd December 2016.

This conference was attended by 130 participants from 12 countries: Morocco, Algeria, Egypt, Malaysia, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Iraq, France, Yemen, Sudan, Indonesia, Turkey and Canada.

The experts, entrepreneur, professors, researchers, consultants and decision makers gathered to discuss the program topic “Venture Capital: A pillar of Economic Development, what role for participative Banks?”

The aim of the conference was to discuss and promote research on enterpreneuial finance, as well as raise awareness on national commerce and management of venture capital in Agadir, The conference shared a huge gathering of experts who spoke their regional experiences, importance of venture capital and raised awareness among business and investors to consider investing more in venture capital.

The conference also aimed to provide advanced scientific research to investors in Islamic Finance and Economy to fund innovative projects through venture capital.
